Please do not put Aposl Knives in the dish washer. 

The dish washer exposes knives to "metal-to-metal" contacts which significantly reduce their cutting capacity. Moreover, detergent products (washing products, salt, rinsing liquid, etc.) create chemical reactions with the metal of the blade that may damage it.

Aposl knives should be cleaned with warm soapy water and a sponge (without scourer). You must never use abrasive pads which create deep scratches and remove the blade's brightness.

Rinse your knives with warm water before wiping it and carefully store them to guarantee an extended lifetime.

Aposl knife sharpening should be made with a sharpening steel or feel free to send them back to us for a free sharpening.
